City Loop

Operating on weekdays every 10 minutes between 7am-6pm, the City Loop will take you around Brisbane City’s most iconic sites, with stops at Brisbane City Hall, City Botanic Gardens, Queen Street Mall and more.  The loop service has a clockwise (route 40) and an anti-clockwise route (route 50). You can easily spot City Loop buses and stops as they use a distinctive purple colour.

The City Loop is great for:

Roma Street Parkland, or see the city sights by hopping off at Post Office Square. Running daily every 10 minutes in peak hours and every 20 minutes off peak, this service uses two silent and smooth electric buses to get you where you need to go.

The Spring Hill Loop is great for:

State Library of Queensland, Davies Park, South Bank Parklands and back in no time.

Do I need a go card to catch a free loop bus?

No! You can simply hop onto the loop bus and hop off at your stop.
