There will be a number of roads closed as well as changed traffic conditions scheduled to take place this weekend from Saturday, September 9 to Sunday, September 10, for the inaugural Port Douglas Gran Fondo cycling event.
Areas of Port Douglas and the Captain Cook Highway to Palm Cove will be affected.
Queensland Police and Traffic Controllers will be manning closed roads.
Please follow their directions and seek alternate routes where required.
