May 12 is the annual Awareness Day for people living with Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS. We invite anyone in the community that has an interest in these conditions to join us on Wednesday 15 May to celebrate this Awareness Day.
This year, because of the recent unpredictable weather, we are holding it at Parkwood Arundel Community Centre. It is a beautiful setting up amongst the trees!
Lunch, tea, coffee, water and cake will be provided, and there will be a lucky door prize.
On arrival, you will be given a paper butterfly which you can write a message on and then hang it on our Tree of Hope.
We hope you will be able to join us, even if only for part of the time. We want to celebrate our special day with you all! Book now.
