Renowned cook, writer, and broadcaster, Adam Liaw will head to Maitland in October to take part in the week-long Riverlights Festival.
Adam will make a range of appearances during the festival including at the events Global Kitchen and World Stage.
A prominent figure in the Australian media landscape, Adam Liaw is renowned for his versatility when it comes to food. With a string of popular shows under his belt, including Adam & Pohs Great Australian Bites on SBS, The Cook Up with Adam Liaw on SBS, Tomorrow Tonight on ABC, Who The Bloody Hell Are We? on SBS, and Good Food Kitchen on Nine, he continues to capture audiences across the nation.
The festival organisers have also announced that ARIA Award winners, The Bamboos will perform at the event.
Hailing from Melbourne the band features the multi-talented Lance Ferguson and the extraordinary vocals of Kylie Auldist.
These new additions, to an already stacked lineup, promise to make the 2023 edition of Riverlights one of the best events in the region this year.
