Jacob, who graduates from his Diploma of Photography and Digital Imaging tomorrow, has also attained a prized accreditation to shoot inside the Olympic Stadium. He says his own passion for long-distance running enables him to embody different perspectives of track and field athletes and that he is driven to help bring recognition to Australian track and field athletes.   He said started running during COVID and says it changed his life and wanted to capture athlete’s dedication and drive. In a full-circle moment, his running is providing him with another life-changing opportunity.

TAFE NSW Hunter Street campus Head Teacher, Fine Art, David Trout, says Jacob is a shining example of what TAFE NSW photography students can achieve. The Certificate IV and Diploma in Photography and Digital Imaging provides students with hands-on learning opportunities that broaden their knowledge and expertise across a variety of photographic genres, giving students the skills they need to launch their career in the industry.
