BROWN COMING HOME TO REVEAL FIRST TRIPLE 8 LIVERY – Auto Action

By Thomas Miles

Will Brown will reveal his first ever Triple Eight Race Engineering Supercars livery on home turf at Toowoomba next month.

The look Triple Eight will carry for the 2024 season, its first with Broc Feeney and Brown steering the two Camaros will be unveiled at a special event at Toowoomba’s Wellcamp Airport on Saturday, February 3.

The free event will not only see the two Supercars on display, but also an aerobatic display by pilot Matt Hall and many other activities.

“This is going to be an epic event for Will’s (Brown) fellow Toowoombians and Supercars fans alike,” Jamie Whincup said.

“It’s not everyday you can completely take over a fully-operational commercial airport to launch our season like this!

“We’re encouraging anyone and everyone to come out to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport for an afternoon of fun; watch us reveal our new livery, see Matt Hall (Red Bull aerobatic pilot) go ballistic up in the sky, meet the drivers, see some epic cars and have a can of Red Bull on us.

“It’s going to be a great way to kick off an exciting new era for Red Bull Ampol Racing and I can’t think of a more exciting way to do it.”

The event will take place between 3-7pm AEST on February 3.
