Gold Coast Australia Day Celebrations at HOTA Outdoor Stage
This year, the Gold Coast Australia Day celebrations will be held at the HOTA Outdoor Stage. This alcohol-free and family-friendly event is free to attend and will take place from 4pm to 8pm. The festivities will follow an invitation-only citizenship ceremony.
Starting at 4pm, you can enjoy live and local music on the HOTA Outdoor Stage (limited space available). There will also be plenty of free kids’ activities and a variety of delicious food trucks. The event will conclude with a fireworks finale at approximately 7:50pm.
The City of Gold Coast’s Australia Day celebrations are made possible with the assistance of the Australian Government through the National Australia Day Council.
