The Levee Shared Zone in Maitland will play host to a special Mother’s Day event in May called Falling Leaves.
Featuring markets selling handcrafted treasures, interactive workshops and live entertainment the special Mother’s Day event promises fun for everyone in the family.
“Falling Leaves is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled day with the family and of course, treat mum with a special gift,” The Levee Public Programs Officer, David Graham said.
Students of Marmalade Sky will perform on the Maple Leaf Stage and Kids will get the chance to create a personalised gift for mum.
They’ll be able to choose to take part in a free watercolour activity hosted by local artist Katrina Holden or make their own paper cut-out characters with Nina Katzmarksi.
The special Mother’s Day autumn village fair, Falling Leaves, is happening at The Levee on Saturday 11 May, from 10.00am to 2.00pm. To find out more visit thelevee.com.au.
